Any lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar and of the Catholic faith shall be eligible for membership, provided that proof of same is furnished to the Executive.

- Spiritual growth through faith-centred activities
- Opportunities for service to the Church and society
- Participation in the annual Legal Year Mass and conference
